Refund and Returns Policy

At SPMRM, we strive to deliver high-quality rice products.

1. Returns

  • Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.
  • To initiate a return, please contact us at pnmnricemills@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Returned products must be in original packaging and unused condition.

2. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

3. Non-returnable Items

Due to the nature of food products, we cannot accept returns for opened or partially used rice bags.
